A client account is for hiring freelancers and posting projects. A freelancer account is for offering services and bidding on projects. You can switch between roles or have both active simultaneously.
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must verify your account.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.
For direct payments: 0% commission. For protected payments with escrow: 2-7% depending on project value. This fee covers our payment processing and dispute resolution services.
With escrow, the client's payment is held securely until the project is completed and approved. This protects both parties: clients know their funds are safe, and freelancers know they'll be paid for completed work.
Direct payments are transferred immediately upon project completion. Escrow payments are released after client approval, typically 3-5 business days. You can check payment status in your dashboard.

Review freelancer profiles, portfolios, and ratings. Check their relevant experience and client reviews. Message freelancers directly to ask questions about your project before making a decision.
We recommend keeping projects open for at least 5-7 days to attract quality bids. You can extend the deadline or close early if you find the right freelancer.
Yes, you can message freelancers directly through the platform. This is a great way to discuss project details, timeline, and pricing before making a hiring decision.
Escrow is a secure payment method where funds are held by a neutral third party until the project is completed and approved. This protects both clients and freelancers from fraud.
If there's an issue with a project, click "Report Issue" on the project page. Provide details and supporting evidence. Our team will investigate and mediate a fair resolution.
Always use escrow for protected payments. Check profiles and ratings carefully. Never share sensitive information or payment details outside the platform. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
If a freelancer doesn't deliver or the work is unsatisfactory, you can file a dispute. Our team will review the evidence and either request revision or issue a refund through escrow.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email. If you still can't access your account, contact our support team.
